Commencing the spiritful 2018 new year, Master in Management Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (MM FEB UGM) organized a Pre-Graduation Ceremony on January 23, 2018. As listed, 193 graduates feasted in the special moment with their beloved families.
In the graduation period, 6 students got cumlaude predicate and Propan Weber Suhardiyanto, a student of Batch Regular 67 Yogyakarta, achieved the top rank with 3.91 GPA as well as represented the graduates to give a speech.
“MM UGM was my first choice once I was given the chance to study on my company’s scholarship. MM FEB UGM is the only business school in Indonesia internationally accreditted by AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) and a leading higher education in management which is committed to the standard of its quality. The methods applied by MM FEB UGM focused on pushing the students to think creatively and innovatively adapting the current business dynamics. MM FEB UGM always deliver the best graduates who contributes their skills for the betterment of Indonesia,” said Propan.
Propan invited his fellow colleagues to challenge the business issues by being adaptive toward changes, improve their skills to be tough compared to machine, and perform as the man behind the gun in the sustainable economic development.
A special tribute was presented by Prof. Dr. Basu Swastha Dharmmesta, M.B.A., a lecturer of MM FEB UGM, who performed a traditional dance, Klana Sewandono dance. Then, the event was continued with a speech in representing Kafegama MM by Ir. Ony Suharsono, M.M. as the Director of Compliance and Risk Management for Bank Jateng, an alumnae of Batch 10 MM FEB UGM, who motivated the graduates in order to be prepared for their future career.
In closing, MM Board of Directors, Dean, Department Head, Lecturers of FEB UGM, and representatives of KAFEGAMA-MM congratulated and had a group photo session with the graduates. Congratulation for your graduation!
