Human Resources Club of Master in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MM FEB UGM) in cooperation with Arete Consultant managed an assessment of Leadership Potential Review (LPR).
The assessment held on February 9, 2018 was intended to give deeper direction about students’ interest and talent which could be developed in the future for students of Batch 72. LPR was one of obligatory non-credit activities of LEAP (Leadership Enhancement and Acceleration Program). There were 2 stages of the test; written test and Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD). The written test was conducted in 3 hours starting at 7.30 AM in Auditorium Sukadji Ranuwihardjo. After lunch break, the students headed to discussion rooms to have LGD which lasted for 40 minutes. Attended by 132 students, the event ended at 1.40 PM. The result would be available approximately a month after the test. To assist the students in reading the result, Arete Consultant would schedule a result seminar following the result announcement.
