Patra Niaga Leadership Development Program (PLDP) Training Batch 2 was successfully held in Jakarta from July 23 to August 31, 2018. The participants of the training were 25 staffs of Middle Manager level of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga from all over Indonesia.
On August 31, 2018, a closing ceremony marked the end of the training agenda. There were 3 Directors of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga attended the ceremony i.e. Ageng Giriyono who was the President Director, Romulo Hutapea who was the Marketing Director, and Tajudin Noor who was the Administration and Finance Director. Dr. Hani Handoko, M.B.A. as the Director of MM FEB UGM Yogyakarta gave his short speech. Then, Ageng Giriyono delivered his speech and announced The Best 4 Breakthrough Project (BTP) Ideas. They were Patra Energy Recharge from Group II, Information Digitalization of Tank Car (SmarMT) to Upgrade the Capability in Preventing Tank Car Accident and Optimize the Distribution of Fuel from Group III, Independent Tank for Berau Area from Group I, and Penetration of Bunker Market by Establishing Belawan Floating Dock – Kuala Tanjung from Group IV.
Hani Handoko accompanied by Prof. Dr. Eduardus Tandelilin, the Director of MM FEB UGM Jakarta, as well as the Directors of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga handed over certificates to the participants for completing the training. Some division head of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga took part in the moment too.
The ceremony was continued with souvenir exchange between MM FEB UGM and PT Pertamina Patra Niaga as well as a testimony from M. Zainuri, the Class Captain of PLDP Batch 2. In closing, the participants enjoyed snapshoot collection of the training documentation as they recalled their funny, interesting, and memorable moments during the training.
