Finance Club of MM FEB UGM held another Capital Market School on May 17, 2019 following through the session previously conducted in March 2019. In the session entitled “Dare to Invest: Millennials Generation”, the participants learnt deeper about investing in Indonesian capital market. It gave vivid explanation on the general characteristics and circumstances of the market, the suggested step-by-step to be an investor, and the analysis of issuer both fundamentally and technically.
The first part was presented by Prof. Jogiyanto Hartono, Akt., M.B.A., Ph.D., CMA who described generally the process of making investment and stock portfolio as well as on the spot tutorial of the making which was considered the most optimum and rational for investor.
The second part was given by Danareksa in which the participants got the chance to know further about technical terms used in capital market, how to read the data, analysis of the issuer, and trial of the trading. It was interesting that the participants could see wider from the perspective of an investor and enable fast and easy investment activities by keeping on the accuracy and less recklessly.
