The Leadership Camp for MBA & IMBA Batch 81 Yogyakarta students at Puncak Becici on 21-22 June 2023 and for ASEAN Master Batch 2 students at Goa Pindul on 23 June 2023 was carried out successfully. Leadership Camp is included in one of the Leadership Enhancement and Acceleration Program (LEAP) soft skills course activities in which all students must participate. The departure of students for the Leadership Camp was released by the MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Study Program Director, Prof. Amin Wibowo, Ph.D., by involving Eureka Consultants in its activities. Genta Mahardika, as the coordinator of Eureka Consultant, informed that the activities to be carried out were aimed at increasing cohesiveness, a sense of leadership, and working with a team to solve the challenges given.
All activities that increase the sense of leadership and hone teamwork in solving a problem are outlined in each activity, such as the Ice Breaking Games, Leadership Games, and, no less exciting, the MMUGM Hits session, where each group of students displays their creativity and entertaining ideas. Also present were the Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, FEB UGM, Bayu Sutikno, Ph.D., Director and Deputy Director of the MBA FEB UGM Study Program, Prof. Amin Wibowo, Ph.D., and Rocky Adiguna, Ph.D., witnessed student action when MMUGM Hits took place.
Apart from physical activities, there was a presentation of “Leadership Development” material by the MBA FEB UGM management. “By carrying out this Leadership Camp activity, I hope that students will get to know each other more, and their sense of leadership and good teamwork will increase,” said Amin.
