Leadership Potential Review (LPR) is part of the mandatory LEAP ( Leadership Enhancement & Acceleration Program ) agenda followed by MBA FEB UGM students in the period. This agenda was held on last Saturday (23/09/2023). LPR aims to explore, recognize, and help students to increase excess or lack of potency in leadership.
In its implementation, MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Campus collaborates with one of the student clubs, namely the Human Resource Club and Arete Consultant as facilitator activities. The LPR test was taken by 109 students of MBA FEB UGM Batch 83.
Leadership Potential Review (LPR) is carried out during one day. The event opens with a speech by MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Campus Academic Coordinator, Erwanto Widyatmoko. “Students can find out their interests and become the guidelines in choosing their appropriate concentration,” said Erwanto.
