PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah (Bank Jateng) completed the Officer Development Program (MODP) Matriculation Education with the Master of Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (MBA FEB UGM) on Friday, September 29, 2023. This program is a collaboration that has lasted for eight months between Bank Jateng and MBA FEB UGM.
The Matriculation Officer Development Program (MODP) is one of the flagship programs of the MBA FEB UGM, which aims to develop potential future leaders of the company. This program is designed to prepare participants to become qualified professionals with in-depth knowledge of the world of banking and strong leadership abilities. This collaboration between Bank Jateng and MBA FEB UGM allows Bank Jateng employees who have passed a strict selection to participate in the MBA program at this renowned university. Within ten months, they underwent intensive education, including business, management, finance, and various competencies relevant to the banking industry.
Prof. Amin Wibowo, Ph.D., Director of the MBA FEB UGM Study Program, said, “We, on behalf of the MM FEB UGM Program, Jogja and Jakarta campuses, would like to thank you for the trust given to this MM Program so that we are trusted to organize this MODP activity.”
In the closing ceremony attended by the Board Of Directors of Bank Jateng and MBA FEB UGM lecturers, Ir. Ony Suharsono, M.M., Director of Institutional Business, Treasury and Sharia Business Unit, Bank Jateng, said, “We would like to thank MM UGM. We hope that this program can continue to be monitored and that a career path system and evaluation and monitoring will be prepared. sustainable.” He also hopes this Matriculation Activity can prepare the younger generation to lead the company in the near future so that all those who participate in this program can set a record, becoming the youngest Director of PT BPD Jateng.
