The implementation of the Leadership Camp for MBA & IMBA Batch 82 students in Yogyakarta, which was held in DolaNdeso, Kulonprogo, on 11-12 October, was successful. This Leadership Camp is a mandatory component in the soft skills course, the Leadership Enhancement and Acceleration Program (LEAP), for all students.
The Leadership Camp departure was opened in front of the MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta campus by Prof. Amin Wibowo, Ph.D., as Director of the Master of Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (MBA FEB UGM) Yogyakarta, “Enjoy this process, because this is part of forming leadership which is one of the important words in the statement vision and mission of the FEB UGM MBA program.” He said. He also advised that students must always maintain their integrity and professionalism as good guests at DolaNdeso, Kulonprogo.
Eureka Consultant was again trusted as the facilitator of the Leadership Camp. This time, Genta Mahardika, as the coordinator of Eureka Consultant, was also present at the opening of the Leadership Camp activity, “You can think positively or negatively; it will be your own choice. Whether you enjoy the process and journey is up to you to decide. “My advice is always to look at the positive side and enjoy your journey,” he explained.
Students were presented with exciting and engaging activities, such as Ice Breaking Games, Leadership Games, and MMUGM Hits on the first day and Outbound and presentation of “Leadership Development” material by BOD on the 2nd day.
