Master of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MBA FEB UGM) once again organized the Business Fun Games (BFG) as part of the Leadership Enhancement and Acceleration Program (LEAP) curriculum. This event aims to develop leadership skills and teamwork through various fun and challenging games.
This year’s BFG was attended by students from PRA-MBA 85 and SEMBA 44 FEB UGM.
Throughout the event, participants engaged in various games and business simulations designed to unlock their leadership potential and strengthen relationships among participants Through enjoyable yet challenging activities, they learned to work as a team, make quick decisions, and adapt to changing situations.
Prof. Amin Wibowo, S.E., M.B.A., Ph.D., Director of MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta, delivered a speech stating, “This event is our way of preparing students psychologically and developing their cognitive and psychomotor abilities so that they can uphold the pillars of MBA FEB UGM, namely integrity, professionalism, objectivity, academic freedom, and social concern.
“Business Fun Games provided us with the opportunity to step out of our comfort zones and apply leadership theories in dynamic situations. It was a highly valuable learning experience,” said one of the participants.
The participants’ response to the BFG was very positive. They felt that the BFG program offered a different educational experience in business, emphasizing not only theoretical knowledge but also enriching their understanding of the importance of collaboration and communication in leadership.
