Master of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MBA FEB UGM) again held a Leadership Potential Review (LPR) activity which is part of the Leadership Enhancement & Acceleration Program (LEAP) agenda. This mandatory activity attended by students was held on Saturday, August 31, 2024. LPR aims to explore, recognize, and assist students in increasing their leadership potential, both strengths and weaknesses.
In its implementation, MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Campus collaborates with one of the student clubs, namely the Human Resource Club (HRC), and the DINAMIS Psychology Bureau as an activity facilitator. The LPR test was attended by 134 MBA-IMBA 85 students.
Conducted over the course of one day, the LPR aimed to identify each individual’s personal interests, serving as a guide for selecting a concentration that aligns with their preferences.
