The MBA Program of FEB UGM Jakarta Campus has once again organized a certification program in the field of finance, namely the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Batch 38. A total of 19 participants joined the opening of CFP Batch 38, which was held via Zoom on Saturday, November 2, 2024.
The opening of CFP Batch 38 began with a welcoming address from the Board of Directors of MBA UGM Jakarta, Prof. Eduardus Tandelilin, Ph.D. Eduardus noted that this training has produced approximately 500 alumni, emphasizing MBA FEB UGM’s commitment to helping participants deepen their knowledge and skills in financial planning.
Meanwhile, Arief Budiman, MBA, CFP, as the CFP Program Coordinator at MBA FEB UGM Jakarta Campus, welcomed the participants of CFP Batch 38. “Welcome to all participants of Batch 38. Thank you for maintaining the spirit to develop yourselves even at the end of the year,” said Arief.
Arief further mentioned that based on the 2022 survey by Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK) on financial literacy and inclusion, there has been an increase in literacy and inclusion indexes within the community. He emphasized that this presents both an opportunity and a significant responsibility to become agents of change in financial literacy.
Following the opening of CFP Batch 38, the first session of the program was delivered by Kartika Yulianton, MBA, CFP.
