MBA Student Association (MBA SA) 18.0 successfully held the event “MBA SA Mendengar 18.0” on Friday, May 9, 2025. The event took place in the Faculty Meeting Room (FMR), 5th Floor, MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Campus, and was attended by the Board of Directors of MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Campus, professional staff representatives, and students.
MBA SA is the official student organization of the MBA FEB UGM program, serving as a platform to develop student potential, expand networks, and foster collaboration within the MBA UGM community. In line with this mission, MBA SA launched the “MBA SA Mendengar 18.0” initiative.
MBA SA Mendengar 18.0 aims to serve as a bridge for gathering aspirations and suggestions from students to help improve MBA FEB UGM. It also functions as a forum for general feedback directed toward the Professional Staff, MBA SA 18.0, and all student clubs. Students were able to submit feedback anonymously through a provided link or attend the session in person.
Muhammad Hanif Ramadhan, CEO of MBA SA 18.0, expressed the positive goal behind the event: “We want to create a comfortable and supportive environment for students so they can truly maximize their learning experience at MBA FEB UGM,” Hanif said.
The event was also attended by Prof. Amin Wibowo, Ph.D., Director of MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Campus, who appreciated the initiative, calling it an effective way to open lines of communication. “I think this is a good event to help clarify things that may not be clearly understood yet,” said Prof. Amin. He actively listened and responded to feedback shared by both staff and students during the session.
It is hoped that this program can strengthen the connection between students and campus management, fostering a more effective, collaborative, and inclusive learning environment. “Previously, MBA SA Mendengar was just a Google Form distribution. This year, we wanted to take more concrete steps so students’ voices could reach the academic team and the Board of Directors directly,” Hanif added.
