
The Master of Business Administration Program Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MBA FEB UGM), held a Panelist Session for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) candidate of the MBA Student Association (MBA SA) for the 19.0 period. The event took place in the Faculty Meeting Room (FMR) at MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Campus, featuring Fatimah Tri Khumairah as the sole candidate.
Chief AD HOC, Adhitya Mahendrayana Putra, opened the event by expressing his hope that this session would help club leaders explore the candidate’s ideas and prepare for deeper innovation. The next remarks were delivered by Rocky Adiguna, Ph.D., Deputy Director of MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta, who expressed full support for the leadership regeneration process. “The time has come for regeneration. Let us begin the discussion on the candidate’s plans for the future of MBA SA 19.0. On behalf of the management, I fully support this process and wish for a smooth leadership transition,” he stated, while also thanking the organizing committee and all parties involved.
The session was moderated by Yoga Angkawijaya Kristiawan, who explained the panel rules to ensure the discussion proceeded smoothly and in an orderly manner. Fatimah presented her vision, mission, and flagship programs under the theme “Empowering Every Voice and Advancing One Vision.” She emphasized her commitment to building an inclusive organizational ecosystem, fostering collaboration, and addressing student needs. Fatimah also highlighted the importance of synergy among students, alumni, and the institution to expand the impact of MBA SA across the academic community.
The Q&A session was highly interactive, with active participation from both panelists and attendees. A variety of critical questions were raised in a warm and open atmosphere, reflecting the participants enthusiasm in welcoming new leadership.
The moderator concluded the event by thanking everyone in attendance and affirming that the session was a vital part of the leadership selection process for MBA SA Yogyakarta in shaping the organization’s future.
