The Master of Business Administration Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MBA FEB UGM) Yogyakarta Campus, officially inaugurated the new board of the MBA Student Association (MBA SA) Yogyakarta 19.0, succeeding the previous board, MBA SA 18.0. The inauguration ceremony was held on Monday, August 4, 2025, at the Faculty Meeting Room (FMR), 5th Floor, MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Campus.
This inauguration marks a significant moment of leadership regeneration as well as a renewal of the student organization’s spirit. The handover of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position of MBA SA signaled the beginning of a new term, which will last for the next six months.
The event was attended by Rocky Adiguna, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., Deputy Director of MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Campus, who expressed his appreciation for the performance of MBA SA 18.0 and conveyed his full support for the newly appointed board.
Outgoing MBA SA 18.0 CEO, Muhammad Hanif Ramadhan, delivered his accountability report along with an inspiring message. “I have learned that leadership is not about being the greatest, but about empowering the team and making a positive impact on others,” he stated. He added that the baton of leadership would be passed on to MBA SA 19.0 with full integrity and a spirit of collaboration, aiming to take the organization to greater heights.
On the same occasion, Fatimah Tri Khumairah, the newly elected CEO of MBA SA 19.0, expressed her commitment to steering the organization toward greater inclusivity. “This leadership is not the responsibility of one person, but the result of the collective efforts of the entire team. I hope to maintain what has been built and make MBA SA an organization that upholds values of kinship and collaboration,” she remarked.
As the highlight of the event, a symbolic handover of the MBA SA flag took place from the CEO of MBA SA 18.0 to the CEO of MBA SA 19.0, followed by the transfer of responsibilities to each club under the MBA SA umbrella.
Congratulations to MBA SA 19.0. May this leadership term be visionary, adaptive, and capable of bringing a fresh new chapter to the organization’s journey.
