The Master of Business Administration Program Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MBA FEB UGM), once again held the Leadership Potential Review (LPR) as part of the Leadership Enhancement & Acceleration Program (LEAP). This mandatory activity was attended by students of the Pre MBA–IMBA Batch 87 and took place on Saturday, August 30, 2025, in the MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta.
The LPR aims to identify and cultivate each student’s leadership capacity. Through this process, participants gain a deeper understanding of the aspects they need to develop further. In addition to supporting personal growth and professional readiness, the activity also helps students choose a study concentration that aligns with their character and personality.
This year’s LPR was a collaborative effort between the MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Campus and the Human Resource Club (HRC), with DINAMIS Psychological Bureau serving as the facilitator. A total of 121 students from the Pre MBA–IMBA Batch 87 took part in the activity, which served as a platform to assess and explore leadership abilities more comprehensively.
The program began with an individual assessment designed to map participants’ leadership tendencies and other relevant personal traits. It was followed by a Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) session, providing participants with an opportunity to express opinions, think critically, and demonstrate teamwork within a group setting.
The entire event was conducted over the course of a full day and is expected to provide students with clearer direction in developing themselves and preparing for their future academic and professional endeavors.
