Certified Financial Planner (CFP) was one of Executive Development Programs regularly held by MM FEB UGM. The program in collaboration with the Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) Indonesia had been successfully conducted for 10 batches.
The training program was aimed to generate professional financial planners as link and match between educational field and finance and banking industry. For approximately 3 months, 15 participants of Batch X had the training on Saturdays morning to afternoon. On August 25, 2018, they celebrated their graduation and were granted the CFP degree. Bayu Sutikno, Ph.D. as one of the Board of Directors in MM FEB UGM congratulated the graduated particiants. Bayu asked them to hold their integrity, keep on innovating through the dynamic and competitive world, and contribute positive impact to the society, industry, and business. Arief Budiman, M.B.A., C.F.P., Q.W.P. as Senior Partner Gold Stone Financial Advisor Jakarta also congratulated the participants for accomplishing the CFP program. He expected the new CFP holders could take part in managing the resource among the tight competition.
MM FEB UGM awarded Four Best Financial Planning Case Study to B. Nursanti Ramawanti, Eko Usriyono, Fransisca Emi Hartanti, and Kuntoro Edy Setyo. Representing her colleagues, B. Nursanti Ramawanti of Bank CIMB Niaga delivered her testimony. She mentioned that the participants was supported by expert lecturers during the training. The assignment and exam workload given in the training was different from other training provider which made the participants get used to solve difficult cases and provide good solutions as well as be more prepared in taking the national exam from FPSB. Nursanti ended her speech by hoping the knowledge could be applicable and useful for themselves, their families, and their surroundings.
