In the Academic Year of 2018/2019, MM FEB UGM Yogyakarta hosted 9 incoming exchange students from its various partner universities. There were 5 students from Toulouse Business School (France), 1 student from Burgundy School of Business (France), 1 student from Hochschule Osnabrück (Germany), 1 student from Pforzheim University (Germany), and 1 student from Universität Leipzig (Germany).
On February 7, 2019, they were scheduled to attend an orientation session and welcomed by Dr. T. Hani Handoko, M.B.A., and Bayu Sutikno, Cand. Merc., Ph.D. as the Board of Directors of MM FEB UGM Yogyakarta. They were introduced to the campus profile, academic policies, and learning activities difference. Staffs of Office of International Affairs UGM explained the visa regulations. Then, Adrian B. Coen, an English native living in Indonesia for more than 20 years, gave them insights on understanding the cross cultural differences. Lastly, they had campus tour visiting the facilities and got to know their buddies of student ambassador further in Student Lounge.
