Pre-Graduation Ceremonial Night was regularly held 4 times a year by Master in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MM FEB UGM). It became the happiest moment for students who have successfully completed their study for more or less 2 years. They celebrated their achievement with their families on the night.
Taking place in backyard plaza of MM FEB UGM Yogyakarta, Prof. Dr. Eduardus Tandelilin, M.B.A. as the Director of MM FEB UGM Jakarta announced the graduates profile for the period of April 23, 2019. There were 248 graduates including 22 students with cum-laude award. Yunan Kurnianto, a student of Executive Batch 33 Jakarta, who was the Best Graduate, achieved 3,93 GPA. He represented his fellow graduates to give an official speech.
A special appearance on the night was presented by DEKAFE BAND, a band consisted of lecturers in FEB UGM, in collaboration with MM FEB UGM students. Dr. Sahid Susilo Nugroho, M.Sc. on keyboard, Rangga Almahendra, M.M., Ph.D. on drum, Borni Daniel Oktadi and Dinanda Arvin Praninditya on guitar, Arica Andara on bass, and Sri Mona Nurhastuti on vocal entertained the audiences with 2 beautiful songs. Another special performance was a “Tribute to Soetatwo Hadiwigeno” in which the tribute was dedicated to recall the late Soetatwo Hadiwigeno’s great dedication in fostering MM FEB UGM. Then, Iwan Agung Firstantara who was the President Director of PT PJB (Persero) spoke on behalf of KAFEGAMA-MM alumni to motivate the graduates and equip them with sufficient encouragement for future challenges.
At the end of the event, the Dean of FEB UGM, Board of Directors, and lecturers of MM FEB UGM shook hands and rejoiced with the graduates. Congratulations!
