Core CoursesConcentration Courses

MM FEB UGM organizes lectures with a semester system. Thus, the credit unit used is the Semester Credit Unit (SKS). One academic year is divided into two semesters. One semester lasts 6 months. Semesters in one academic year begin in February and August.

The total number of credits that students must take to qualify for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is 44 credits, consisting of 24 credits of core courses, 12 credits of concentration courses, 3 credits of Immersion, 1 credit of Thesis Workshop, 3 credits of Thesis and 1 credit of Publications. Each Semester Credit Unit (1 SKS) consists of 16 sessions (including exams). One credit is equivalent to 50 minutes.

Students can take a particular area of concentration by taking a minimum of 12 credits of courses included in a particular area of concentration.
