PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (DUAL DEGREE & STUDENT EXCHANGE)

Strong collaboration with 38 prestigious schools worldwide is the primary key to applying to the Admission of MM FEB UGM. Since this is a partnership program, the candidates must take several steps by contacting your home-school coordinator to be listed as nominated students. The applicants from MM FEB UGM’s partner University will be waived from the tuition fee.

Upon arrival international students are to join the following activities:
1. Do your quarantine sessions as soon as you arrive in Indonesia. Click here to know about the last update information of Indonesia quarantine.
2. Report your coming to our campus and meet our staff at the Office of International Affairs MM FEB UGM
3. Join the orientation session and AcademiXCulture conducted before lecturing
4. You will get the Student Handbook, the locker key and get to know our staff and facilities at the campus.
5. Our student buddy will assist you in getting to know more about our local environment.
6. Dress codes: During class hours (07.00 am – 04.00 pm) or when you meet with the lecturers at the MM FEB UGM building, please dress appropriately. Male students put on ties and female students wear skirts or trousers with blouses or blazers. In other activities after the office hours, such as group discussion meetings, you may wear a casual dress, but a T-shirt, sandals, and short pants are not allowed for visiting the library.

A: Yes, the application form must be completed online at https://admission.ugm.ac.id/registration/

A: International Office of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), through its system, will issue a letter of acceptance after we receive the complete application documents as soon as possible (contact us for further information).

CREDITS

+Q: What is the minimum number of credits students can take?
A: There is no minimum credit, but you are recommended to take not less than 9 credits.

+Q: What is the maximum number of credits students can take?
A: Eighteen (18) Semester Credit Units (SCU).

+Q: What is the credit unit to the equivalent hour?
A: At MMFEB UGM one credit unit means you will have 50 minutes of contact with the lecturer in the class. If one subject has 3 credit units it means it has 3×50 = 150 minutes contact hours in class per week. In one semester (6 months), it will have 3x4x4= 48 contact units, including the midterm and final term exams.

TUITION

+Q: Should incoming students have to pay tuition fees?
A: Incoming students from our exchange program partners are exempted from tuition fees. Students from other universities are subject to pay the tuition fees either to join an exchange program or degree program.

+Q: Does your school have a Buddy Program or any?
A: Yes, our buddy program comes from Student Association. We arrange an Introduction Session to introduce the campus and its surroundings, the regulations, services, and facilities for students. You must attend this program. It is on the last Friday before the classes start. Semesters always begin on Monday every intake in February and August.

+Q: Does your school have International Student Association?
A: No, but we have student clubs referring to the subjects taken, such as Human Resource Club, Marketing Club, Strategic Club, Finance Club, and so on. We also have sports clubs such as football (soccer) and futsal (mini football), badminton, and golf, outdoor tennis, basketball, and badminton. Every year Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) holds an International Week which exposes many activities. One event, so-called International Day, allows international students to promote their home institution and country.
