PT Rekayasa Engineering in collaboration with MM FEB UGM will carry out a Business Leadership Program (BLP) for 15 special officials for the next 3 months, from July 31, 2021, to October 30, 2021, online.
Prof. Eduardus Tandelilin, Ph.D. as the Director of MM FEB UGM, giving a special thank and will maintain the trust given by PT Rekayasa Engineering through this BLP activity, so it is hoped that the participants of this program can make a major contribution to the development of PT Rekayasa Engineering in the future. Tandelilin said, “The purpose of this program is to increase knowledge about business in general in the domestic, regional and international scope, improve skills in managing and presenting various information that can maintain and improve company performance, as well as add new perspectives in managing the company’s business.
Edy Sutrisman as the President Commissioner of PT Rekayasa Engineering stated that the world landscape has changed drastically, especially triggered by the pandemic, forcing everyone to participate in real changes. “PT Rekayasa Engineering, whose core business is engineering, must be able to adapt, especially with the AKHLAK culture,” said Edy. The background of PT Rekayasa Engineering, 90% is in the field of engineering, so it is very necessary to study business management, because the world has changed”, Edy continued.
Suyudi as the President Director of PT Rekayasa Engineering, also one of the presenters of the Leadership Notes in day-1 said that the BLP participants are involved in decision making, so the leaders at PT Rekayasa Engineering think that it is important to include these participants in the BLP which is useful for adding insight into knowledge, especially current business developments. “We want to prepare reliable human resources, ready to face challenges, as well as being able to adapt to all situations, and we thank MM FEB UGM for being willing to cooperate and provide lectures in this BLP,” said Suyudi, and in the same time he officially opening the Business Leadership Program PT. After the Leadership Notes session, the next presenter of BLP is T. Hani Handoko, Ph.D. who presents the theme of Strategic Leadership.
