Master of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MBA FEB UGM) again held a Leadership Potential Review (LPR) activity, which is part of the Leadership Enhancement & Acceleration Program (LEAP) agenda. This mandatory student activity was held on Saturday, March 2, 2024. LPR aims to explore, recognize, and help students improve their leadership potential strengths and weaknesses.
In its implementation, MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Campus collaborates with one of the student clubs, the Human Resource Club and the DINAMIS Psychology Bureau, as the facilitator. 93 students of MBA-IMBA 84 attended the LPR test.
Leadership Potential Review (LPR) was held for one day. The output of this activity is to find the interests of each individual so that it can guide the choice of a field of concentration. (PR: Danis / Documentation: Beny)
