The Leadership Camp for MBA & IMBA Batch 83 Yogyakarta Campus students, which was held in Karangasri, Sleman on April 26-27, 2024, was a success. This Leadership Camp is one of the mandatory components in the soft skills course known as Leadership Enhancement and Acceleration Program (LEAP) for all students.
Opening speech by Prof. Amin Wibowo, Ph.D., Director of the Master of Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MBA FEB UGM) Yogyakarta, “Leadership Camp (LC) is an activity that you cannot experience in other “MBA”, LC aims to form the character of students to become a leader who can be relied upon in the professional realm” Prof. Amin said. he also advised students to always maintain integrity and professionalism as good guests in Karangasri, Sleman.
Eureka Consultant was again trusted as the facilitator of the Leadership Camp this time, Genta Mahardika as the coordinator of Eureka Consultant was also present at the opening of the Leadership Camp activities, “You can think positively or negatively, it will be your own choice. Whether you can enjoy the process and journey or not, you decide. My advice is always to look at the positive side and enjoy your journey” he explained.
Students were presented with several exciting and interesting activities, such as Ice Breaking Games, Leadership Games, and MMUGM Hits on the first day and Outbound, as well as the presentation of “Leadership Development” material by Prof. Amin on the 2nd day.
