Master of Business Administration students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MBA FEB UGM) held a social activity called MBA SA Care Collaboration Charity 7.0 on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Wiloso Orphanage in Jetis, Yogyakarta. Themed “CFC: Collab for Care, Walking Together for Others,” this activity was a collaboration between MBA SA 19.0, KMK, and FORKIS, which sought to promote solidarity, care, and tolerance among students.
MBA SA Care 7.0 aims to foster social awareness, strengthen empathy, and encourage a spirit of sharing as part of leadership character development. “I am very happy because this event not only focuses on academic activities but also provides an opportunity to share with friends in need. I hope events like this can continue and bring more goodness,” said Andreas, KMK Chairperson and event organizer.
As a form of concern, the students handed over basic food supplies and donations to the children at the orphanage. This activity was welcomed by the orphanage management. “We are very grateful for the students’ visit and concern. This activity has brought positive benefits to the institution and the children here. May this empathy and kindness continue,” said Anissusilohadi, S.P., Head of the DUUPT Subdivision of the Wilosoprojo Children’s Home.
Meanwhile, one of the participants and an orphanage child, Kristia Arsi (16 years old), also expressed her positive impressions. “This event was very enjoyable and the organizers worked well together. Hopefully, in the future, activities like this will continue and improve in providing experiences for the children at the orphanage,” she said.
This activity serves as a reminder that student leadership development is not only achieved through academic processes but also through tangible contributions to society. Through MBA SA Care 7.0, students are encouraged to remain motivated in strengthening humanistic values, fostering mutual care, and creating positive impacts on the social environment.
