The Master of Business Administration program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MBA FEB UGM), successfully organized the Business Fun Games (BFG) event on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the Leadership Hall of MBA FEB UGM in Yogyakarta. BFG was designed to integrate business theory learning with practical application through a series of interactive and educational games. The event is part of the LEAP (Leadership Enhancement and Acceleration Program) curriculum, a non-credit course mandatory from the Pre-MBA program through several subsequent semesters, aimed at better understanding and optimizing the individual characteristics of each student to groom them into future leaders.
Participated by Pre-MBA 84 & SEMBA 43 students, Business Fun Games encompassed various activities designed to reinforce understanding of business concepts, leadership skills, teamwork, and analytical abilities. The activities included business simulations, strategic games, and problem-solving challenges that required team collaboration to achieve common objectives.
“Today at MBA FEB UGM, we met with 125 new students. The event was enjoyable, and students were able to learn from games related to business elements,” mentioned Rr Tur Nastiti, M.Si., Ph.D., a lecturer at MBA FEB UGM and the mentor for the BFG event.
