The Master of Business Administration Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MBA FEB UGM) continues to strengthen its commitment to fostering an inclusive academic environment. On Tuesday, February 4th, 2025, MBA FEB UGM welcomed international students from various countries at the MBA FEB UGM Building, Yogyakarta Campus.
During this event, international students were introduced to campus facilities, the learning system, and a curriculum designed to support their academic journey. The event also served as a platform for students to build networks, exchange experiences, and gain a deeper understanding of Indonesia’s education and business landscape.
Prof. Amin Wibowo, Ph.D., Director of the MBA Program at FEB UGM Yogyakarta, emphasized the importance of cultural diversity in shaping a broad and innovative business perspective. “We recognize that every student comes from a different cultural background. However, these differences should not be seen as barriers, but rather as opportunities. The collaboration between local and international cultures serves as a bridge to develop a broader business perspective, benefiting all students,” he stated.
As part of their academic experience, international students will participate in various leadership programs, business seminars, and extracurricular activities alongside local students. These programs are designed to equip them with both academic and practical skills that can be applied in their global careers.
With a strong spirit of global collaboration, MBA FEB UGM is committed to creating a learning environment that fosters innovation, diversity, and leadership. Through this experience, international students are expected to become agents of positive change in the business world, both in Indonesia and on a global scale.
