The training of “High Level Leadership Program (Hi-LeAP)” held for 21 sessions on November 17 to December 9, 2017 was officially ended with a closing ceremony.
Taking place at Master in Management Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (MM FEB UGM) Yogyakarta, the closing ceremony went well and left memorable impression for the participants. It was attended by Bambang Setiawan as the President Director, Bambang Ghiri Kuncoro as the Marketing Director, Cahya Widi as the General Affair Director, and Santoso Rohmad as the Compliance Director.
Dr. T. Hani Handoko, M.B.A., the Director of MM FEB UGM, who represented the training organizer extended his gratitude to the Board of Directors and participants from Bank BPD DIY for the trust given to organize the training. Hani was happy with the participants who were enthusiastic, full of spirit, and full of commitment. He was looking forward to continue the training for the next batches.
In his speech, Bambang Setiawan encouraged the participants by highlighting the importance of the training which details were compiled under the Human Resource Department of Bank BPD DIY in order to improve the quality of its employees. Bambang was optimistic that his employees would be able to compete in the happening digital banking era. In closing, Bambang presented his grateful to MM FEB UGM for the cooperation in managing the training and officially concluded the Hi-LeAP 2017 training program.
The 25 participants received the certificate of the training from the Director and Deputy Director of MM FEB UGM accompanied by the Board of Directors of Bank BPD DIY. Arief Yulianto who represented the participants expressed his gratitude to his fellow participants, the Board of Directors and the Human Resource Department of Bank BPD DIY. He said that the training was a tough education since they had to spare 42 hours beside their working hours to participate in the training. However, he was sure that it would be a good asset to be implemented in the working situation.
“In addition, thank you for MM FEB UGM. Being a leader is not easy because it needs a good heart to lead,” he said. Arief and other participants committed to develop and apply the knowledge they got from the training to give much more contributions to their company.
The closing ceremony lasted for 60 minutes and had group photo sessions as the last agenda.
