Executive Series was a regular guest lecture event held by Master in Management Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (MM FEB UGM) for its students by inviting top speakers from ministries, governmental institutions, banks, and private sectors.
The Strategic Club supported by Master in Management Student Association (MMSA) managed an Executive Series by inviting Jefri Darmadi, the President Director of PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional, Tbk. It was held on April 20, 2018 at 1.30 PM in Auditorium Sukadji Ranuwihardjo with a hand of moderator from Bayu Sutikno, Cand.Merc., Ph.D., one of the Directors of MM FEB UGM.
In front of around 300 students, Jefri discussed some issues on Size of Global Consulting Industry, Segment of Global Consulting Market, Misalignment in Organization: Shareholder, Senior Executives, Employees, and shared his understanding on Why People Resist Change?, Self-preservation, uncertainties, and lack of resources. The 2,5 hours lecture ended in a question and answer session.
