The Master of Business Administration Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (MBA FEB UGM), successfully organized the Business Fun Games on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at the Leadership Hall of MBA FEB UGM, Yogyakarta. This activity was part of the Leadership Enhancement and Acceleration Program (LEAP), a non-credit course mandatory for all students.
The event was attended by students from Pre-MBA 87 and Pre-SEMBA 46. Business Fun Games was designed to enhance participants understanding of business concepts, leadership skills, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving through a series of interactive games. The activities encouraged students to think creatively, make quick decisions, and adapt to dynamic situations.
The event opened with a welcome speech by Rocky Adiguna, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., Deputy Director of MBA FEB UGM Yogyakarta Campus. In his remarks, he stated, “Through the Business Fun Games, I hope we can begin to learn and grow together, fostering a spirit of collaboration, strategy, and decision-making essential elements in business learning.”
Participants joined the activities with great enthusiasm and enjoyment. In addition to expanding their knowledge, the program also honed essential soft skills applicable in the professional world.
