Master in Management Student Association (MMSA) in collaboration with Master in Management Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (MM FEB UGM) managed a guest lecture with an alumnae of Batch International 35 Yogyakarta, Anugrah Pratama.
In opening the guest lecture held on April 19, 2018, Bayu Sutikno, Cand.Merc., Ph.D. representing the Board of Directors MM FEB UGM gave his speech by introducing the speaker to the audience.
Anugrah was the Director of CT Operational Transaction Service for Ernst & Young Indonesia. In the event entitled “Ensuring Successful Implementation of Corporate Strategy”, he shared his success story in achieving his present position starting from his background when he studied in MM FEB UGM which inspired the audience who were mostly fresh graduates. There were 5 points about change management which he discussed; the components of change management, why change management is difficult to implement, the components of a successful change management program, how change could be successfully nurtured managed and implemented, and the key success factors in change management.
